WORKSHOPS AVAILABLE:
- "HISTORY OF THE BATTERY" "HISTORY OF THE PERCUSSION"
ALL CYCLES (CHILDREN, PRIMARY, SECONDARY) AND SCHOOLS OF MUSIC.
Definition of pedagogical objectives adapted to each level.
Flexibility in adapting the syllabus in order to consolidate objectives worked on in the classroom.
- Context and chronological exposition. RHYTHM as the essence of PERCUSSION and inseparable quality in music. Development in the practical and participatory part, with games / activities / dynamics based on: Body percussion and instruments. Strengthening the sense of the pulsation ( common unity of all members of the orchestra). Generation of rhythmic polyphonies. Subdivision (binary and ternary). Introduction to improvisation and development of creativity. Percussion in the contemporary field, with an impact on the Afro-Cuban tradition (keys , cascara ...).
Specific notes on the "BATTERY HISTORY" workshop:
- Presentation of the parts and synthesis of the various instruments that make it up. Possibility of having a musical formation (quartet) in order to interpret examples of the various musical contexts from their origin to the present day.
